Symptoms

During Deaths Door Level 8, after I knock down the machine then fall into the water, once I go into the water the game freezes. I have to ALT TAB out and stop the game.

Reproduction

Launch game > Continue > in water > Swim to continue > game freezes
Attempted to fix by lowering graphics, turning off Nvidia reflect, and Upscale Method.
Tried turning off anti-aliasing and using TAA.
