Describe the bug
Colors are inverted in a lot of the web views.
For example, the bar in the steam menu usually has blue accents, but for me, they are orange: Imgur
Also, in the same picture, you can see the inverted SteamVR Home icon.
All of the game icons in the library are also inverted: Imgur

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to the steam menu
2. Look at how orange the bar is
3. Click on the library tab
4. All those icons are inverted
