Steam Client freezes for a second and crashes afterwards when it can't find required cursor type for hovered interface (button, textbox, etc.)
As far as I remember it didn't happen before - if theme was set invalid, steam just fallbacks to default one.
It's certainly steam problem, not GTK, because if you hover over window boundaries (window resize area), GTK applies cursor theme by himself, which is also doesn't present in my theme and it fallbacks to the default theme.
Steps for reproducing this issue:
Apply incomplete XCursor theme for GTK interfaces (use either nwg-look or change ~/.local/share/icons/default/index.theme file)
Restart steam
Try hovering over certain fields such as links or text fields in Store, elements in library, main interface buttons (the header in Steam Client)
