Steps for reproducing this issue:

  1. Play Return to Castle Wolfenstein.
  2. Press Alt+F4.
  3. Click on the Stop button.

Observed result:
WolfSP.exe is never terminated, resulting in the game's background music playing until the user manually terminates the process.
