I'm using czech qwertz keyboard layout with en_US.UTF-8 / cs_CZ.UTF-8 locales combined.
Normally, on Windows, I have binds for "say" on "z" and "radio1" on "y". That works fine even on qwertz layout on Windows, but not on Linux - z and y keys are switched (just ignoring qwertz and using qwerty). System info
