This command isn't working for me. It either says nothing when entered in console or it says Unknown command: m_rawinput.

Some guy in a pubic server says it's working for him. It's not working for my buddy or me. I even fully installed half-life 1 and verified the cache integrity for both 1.6 and hl1. And yes, I'm running the updated version. I uninstalled & reinstalled hl1 and 1.6 today to get it(wouldn't update on it's own).

EDIT - solution: http://forums.steampowered.com/forums/showthread.php?t=3079106 - join the beta for both hl1 and cs 1.6, then it will work.
