I have seen it listed in the linux section, but it just creates an empty folder on install. Like the issue #1342

http://steamdb.info/linux/ reports Bastion as working, which means that there is most likely a public beta you need to opt-in to in the properties of the game in order to get the game contents, making this closer to #742 than #1342.

It is listed in http://store.steampowered.com/browse/linux/
And it's store page has labeled it as available for linux http://store.steampowered.com/app/107100/

The same has happened to Anomaly Warzone in #1342

Downloaded and worked fine for me. It even picked up my gamepad right away and Steam Cloud save and I can play fine.

Strange...
Thanks for your report @ElderSnake.
I have tried to close the steam client and install again but it hasn't worked.
I will try to give it some time, reboot the pc and try again.

Rebooted the PC, tried again, it didn't work. :(

If you delete the appcache directory in your steam folder and then try again does that help?

Deleting the appcache directory works!

Thanks @gdrewb-valve! :)

Nothing extracted yet.
