If you visit the website in Chrome or Firefox does it have the same problem?
With system built-in Firefox, everythings are okay.
Ah, one thing I forgot: this is Xubuntu.
I saw the same thing when I visted a Korean Steam group's group page.
Seems it's now fixed! :)
The screenshot is Ubuntu 12.04 with Awesome Window Manager, but I can confirm there's no problem with GNOME 3.8 + Ubuntu 13.10.

Nothing much to say, but as I wrote on the subject, all the Korean characters in the browser are unable to read because they're are all crushed into one spot. Please refer to the screen shot I attached to this report.
Also, I read the issue #1725 and installed that 'ttf-wqy-zenhei' package, but it is not related to this issue; the package is just a Chinese font set, and Korean fonts are automatically installed if you choose to use Korean in system preference. This is not a font problem.

Simply visit http://steamcommunity.com/?l=korean in the browser.
