Rrfortunatti 2013-07-09 github

Had this issue for the last two weeks on Ubuntu 13.04 and Linux Mint 15 while trying to navigate trough Store and Community pages inside Steam client. Looks like it's a problem with Flash Player plugin on x64 systems. Solved it trough these steps:

-Download the Linux x86 .tar.gz of Flash Player at http://get.adobe.com/flashplayer/otherversions/
-Extract only the "libflashplayer.so" to ~/.steam/bin32/plugins (it may be necessary to create the plugins folder)
-Restart Steam

Hope it works for you!

I have the same crash on Ubuntu 13.04, it occurs every time I navigate to the "Emergency 2013" page (I want to buy this game, I realize there is no Linux version for it).

There is one additional line from alsa_output.cc.

The fix posted by rfortunatti works for me (i.e. downloading libflashplayer.so). Maybe the crash is because I had the "Automatischer Videostart" (video auto-play) feature enabled?
