Steam shows 2 downloaded items always

Hello

Each time I start Steam I can see in Library/Download two items always (as it was downloaded/updated) but there is update of 0 / 0 Bytes (case of HL1 and CS1.6)

Additionally, in the bottom part of Steam I can see, in case of true update of for example Dota 2, there are 4 from 4 items downloaded even it was only 1 + 2 fake.

I noticed it two-three weeks ago I guess. I have tried to check data integrity but it does not help.

Today I received Steam update what probably should fix this issue. Unfortunately problem still persist.

I have this problem, too. Only, it's with Half Life 2. It happens every time I start Steam as well as when I run a validity check on HL2.

I remember it started from time when mentioned games were updated. Something wrong happened and thats it.
