I had this issue, but it was before primus was updated to assure the compatibility with the steam overlay (1 month ago).
It is not the same bug here, because TF2 starts, I can navigate in the menu and join a game, but it crash just after the server connection ends (most of time it crash on the character selection).
I tried to remove completely bumblebee and nvidia drivers and install it again, but it doesn't change anything.
It looks like anyone using primus is getting the issue. I'm not sure whether it's a TF2 or primus issue though, but it ended up crashing in a nvidia library IIRC.

I get this problem as well with primus. The game just freezes on the picture screen before the respawn, and then the game suddenly crashes. Without Multicore Rendering enabled, this works fine with primus.
I'm on kernel 3.7, nvidia 313.18, and Intel i7 3rd Gen.
I had a problem similar to this while using primusrun with the 310 experimental drivers. TF2 would freeze and crash either during the class selection screen or after joining spectate. I tried running tf2 with optimus as well, but it would not start. I did not try disabling multicore rendering during those tests.
I've found that using the nvidia-current driver with primus does not crash tf2 (and again I've only used it with multicore rendering). I'm going to try the experimental again with multicore disabled though. EDIT Well, experimental with multicore disabled works for me as well. EDIT

I can confirm that with multicore turned off, it doens't crash with primus or optirun.
With multicore turned on it crashs with both launchers.
Never crashes with the HD4000.

everything updated from standard rep up today.
I experience the exact same issue. TF2 running on HD4000 works fine. With primusrun and without multicore it runs fine (and I can turn the settings up, obviously). With primusrun and with multicore the game crashes at the choose a class screen.

Same issue here as well.
Can confirm if I have multicore rendering enabled, it crashes when I join a game.
If I enable it ingame it crashes fairly quickly.
Would be nice if this function works as it usually boosts fps by about 10 - 12+ on windows.

When using primusrun, TF2 will crash with multicore rendering few seconds after the end of the server connection. It is working without any crash if I disable the multicore rendering.
Launching TF2 with optirun works too (with multicore rendering), but optirun has some performance issue so it's running slower than primusrun without multicore rendering.

I have not a lot of game running on Linux, just Trine 2 (in steam) and Dustforce (running without steam), but they do not crash when I run them with primusrun.
