SpaceChem doesn't sync with the Steam Cloud. When I start SpaceChem steam will complain that the game isn't synchronized with the Steam Cloud and that could endanger my savefile.
FTL: Faster Than Light gives no warning, but when it starts, it doesn't load the data that I already had from windows.

FTL does not use Steam Cloud at all (though I think in their forums they said that could change)

It doesn't?
I was under impression that I had once overwritten the save in Windows and it offered me to restore it from cloud.
Also, the Updates tab in the Properties windows states that Steam Cloud synchronization is activated.

I've also played a bunch of SpaceChem on linux, but when I look at the storage used in the cloud, it is still 0. I've not booted on windows yet to check, but I'm pretty confident that there was not sync.

Also, I'm using an old save that SpaceChem detected automaticaly.

And for some other games, the sync is working fine, like for TF2 or Tiny & Big.

But, I've checked my other games, and for example, Splice or SPAZ doesn't seem to use the cloud either.
