I brought up google and typed that in the Google search box without any problems. Also, the bug mentions keypad '.' but that string doesn't seem to have a '.'?
Issue has changed to other characters in steam bar only, you have to type it in the steam url bar itself now. On the web page now works. please confirm.
Its true that the point works but other characters are now not working anymore in the steam bar itself. Typing in google works, only steam url bar on top has still keyboard issues.
Ok it seems harder to reproduce then i thought, it sometimes works :( looking for a more specific pattern.
Never mind I can not duplicated it anymore, maybe it had to do with some old favorite or something. Forget about it, works good enough after clearing historie :) But i found a smaller issue while testing that there are 2 different new tab screens, when you click the new tab square or the new tab button on the bottom of the screen. One opens blank other opens a xbox controller overview.
OK, closing for the original issue. Can you open a new issue for the New Tab problem?
