Hello @rodrigoGA, the first two screenshots are issues that are already being tracked at #5460 and #8331. Let's use this issue report to focus on the third UI overlap.

Looking at the settings menu on my my system, it looks like the text block has text rendered larger than expected leading to it using 3 lines instead of two, which bumped the check boxes lower than expected. Possibly a font selection / rendering issue instead of a scaling issue.
