Bell ring warning sound from certain windows like the "set taskbar menu options" or "verify integrity of game cache files" loops indefinitely if another steam windows is clicked (main Steam window) and it stops if you click back on those "certain" windows.
It didn't always did this but I'm not sure after which update it started.
I also have pulseaudio with flag "enable_remixing=no"
Repro:
1- Navigate to Steam settings, Interface Tab, and to Set taskbar menu / jumplist preferences.
2- Click Steam main windows, sound should start to loop
3- Click back on the taskbar options windows and it should stop.
