    @simifor that works indeed. I confirmed the issue was still there, closed the game and ran the command and the videos play as intended

    @littlegamer87 while logged in into the account that can't play the videos, run this in your terminal `steam steam://unlockh264/` and then try to run the game and see if the videos play.
