In Steam's Big Picture mode, when the cursor in the game list under "All games" is moved to the far right and L1/R1 is pressed to switch between "Xbox Controller" and "All games", the UI of the interface flickers (moves to the left and then recovers).

Steps for reproducing this issue:

1. Enter Steam's Big Picture mode.
2. In the game list under "All games", move the game selection cursor to the far right.
3. Press the L1/R1 button to switch between "Xbox Controller" and "All games".
4. Observe that the UI of the interface flickers, that is, it moves to the left and then recovers.
