Hello, I have some issues with clipboard usage.
As already reported here #2424, Steam and my Desktop become unresponsive after middle-clicking and also there is no text pasted as it should.
I also can't use ctrl+c/v/x, it simply doesn't work.
When I select in Steam and press ctrl+c and then want to paste it somewhere there is nothing in the clipboard or older stuff I copied before, right-click -> copy works however.
If I want to paste something in a textbox in steam with ctrl+v nothing happens, right-click -> paste works however too.

I'm using Arch Linux with Xfce4(with xfwm4) on xorg 1.13

ctrl-c and ctrl-v works here, running awesome instead of your xfce. I remember having similar issues with other programs on xfce in the past though. Maybe try searching their bug tracker for possible copypaste issues?

Edit: I'm on arch aswell

I never had that issue before, I'm using xfce for roughly 2 years now.
I searched the bugtracker but there doesn't seem to be an issue, there was back in 2008-2010 apparently.

Are you hitting this? Copy/paste via shortcut keys not working in the embedded browser #622
Older pastes are issue #41

Rrfreytag1 2013-05-13 github

uh #622 is the issue "Window size/position incorrect".
But yeah, the copy&paste shortcut keys don't work in steam.
But issue #41 does not happen here, I can hit ctrl+v as often as I want, nothing happens when I copied something with ctrl+c.

Hello @rfreytag1, are you able to copy/paste with an up to date system?
