Symptoms

When I use Proton 11 Skyrim gets stuck if Community Shaders mod is installed. I can hear the first chord but then all I get is black screen and game frozen just before the main menu appears.

The same game installation works fine on Proton 10 with CS enabled.
If I disable Community Shaders, the game loads with Proton 11 too.

Reproduction

Install Skyrim with basic mod setup (SKSE etc.) and Community Shaders.
